RESTORE follows a traditional nine-steam, nine-dry process — a labor-intensive method passed down through generations in Xinhua, Hunan. Each batch of Polygonatum (Huangjing) root is steamed and sun-dried nine times, gradually transforming from bitter to naturally sweet, developing a deep, nourishing complexity that a single process cannot achieve.

Steep it like tea, simmer it into a broth, or eat it as a snack. However you take it, your body will know the difference.
