Refund policy

We want you to enjoy every cup. If something isn't right, here is how returns work.

Unopened products: Unopened products in their original, undamaged packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. For food-safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened tea or Huangjing.

Damaged or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us a photo within 3 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, and we cover the cost.

Return shipping: For returns that are not caused by a damaged or incorrect item, the customer pays the return shipping.

How to start a return: Email maisonforte.ca@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back, and we will reply with return instructions. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and check the returned item.
